ACV boiler service in Warsaw

Maintenance, diagnostics and post-warranty repairs for Prestige, HeatMaster, Compact and tank-in-tank hot-water systems.

ACV service Warsaw

Heating and high-output hot water treated as one system

ACV appliances are often chosen where dependable hot-water production matters as much as space heating. I service domestic installations, service premises and small plant rooms using ACV boilers, cylinders and tank-in-tank equipment.

I carry out the visit personally. You can describe the symptoms directly to the engineer who will diagnose the appliance, check the surrounding installation and explain which work is necessary now and which can be planned.

ACV service — scope of work

Planned maintenance

Cleaning and inspection of accessible burner and heat-exchanger areas, checks of seals, condensate paths, connections and operating condition.

Fault diagnosis

Structured testing of ignition, combustion, sensors, pumps, controls, water pressure, temperature behaviour and hot-water circulation.

Repairs

Post-warranty repair after the defective component or installation issue has been confirmed and the proposed scope has been discussed.

Hot-water systems

Diagnosis of tank-in-tank cylinders, HeatMaster applications, circulation loops and the interaction between boiler output and hot-water demand.

Appliances and applications

ACV models I work with

Service is available for many ACV installations found in the Warsaw region, including Prestige and Compact boilers, HeatMaster combined heating and hot-water systems, and selected Alpha or Delta tank-in-tank cylinders. Both gas and selected oil-fired configurations can be considered after model confirmation.

Send a data-plate photograph before the visit. ACV plant rooms are often assembled from several coordinated components, so photographs of the complete installation are just as useful as the boiler model.

Common ACV problems

Hot water is insufficient or unstable

The boiler may run, yet the available temperature or volume is too low. Possible causes include sensor readings, circulation, scaling, control settings, pump performance or restricted heat transfer.

Ignition failure or flame loss

Gas or oil supply, electrodes, flame detection, burner components, the air path and control sequence may be involved. The diagnostic process must follow the exact appliance and burner type.

Pressure loss or discharge

Visible leaks, safety-valve operation, an expansion-vessel problem or an internal fault can lead to repeated pressure loss. Continual refilling is not a permanent solution.

Noise, overheating or cycling

Restricted flow, pump behaviour, contamination, poor heat transfer or control settings can make the appliance start too often or run noisily. The surrounding hydraulic system is part of the diagnosis.

Control or sensor faults

Incorrect temperature readings, damaged wiring, a failed sensor or a communication problem can interrupt both heating and hot-water production. Live readings help locate the issue.

Circulation-loop complaints

In larger properties, slow delivery or temperature loss may originate from the hot-water circulation loop rather than the boiler. Pumps, return temperature and balancing should be checked.

Annual maintenance

A visit tailored to the installation

I begin with a visual review, the user’s description and the current operating state. Depending on the model, the boiler or burner is opened, accessible combustion components are cleaned, seals and connections are examined and the condensate route is checked. Pressure, pumps, temperatures and safety devices are assessed in operation.

Where applicable, I use a combustion analyser and adjust the appliance only within the permitted service procedure. I then test heating and domestic-hot-water operation and explain the results. If additional parts are required, the reason and likely cost are discussed before proceeding.

Who uses ACV service

Houses and apartments

Domestic Prestige, Compact or tank-in-tank systems serving heating, bathrooms and kitchens. Regular maintenance helps detect pressure, circulation and combustion issues before winter.

Service premises and small plant rooms

Guesthouses, workshops, salons, offices and other properties where hot-water downtime disrupts daily work. The service plan considers both the appliance and operational demand.

Car washes

Selected ACV installations support large, repeated hot-water loads in car-wash facilities. Diagnosis includes recovery temperature, circulation and the way the boiler responds under demand.

When to call

Do not wait for complete shutdown

Arrange an inspection when the appliance repeatedly locks out, loses pressure, produces less hot water than usual, cycles excessively, makes new noises, leaks or displays a recurring error. Early diagnosis is particularly important where one ACV system supplies a business or several bathrooms.

If you smell gas, close the gas supply if this can be done safely, ventilate the area without operating electrical switches and call the emergency gas service. If water is reaching electrical components, switch the appliance off and do not reopen the casing yourself.

Prepare for the booking

  • Photograph the ACV data plate
  • Take one photo of the complete plant room
  • Record the fault code before resetting
  • Describe heating and hot-water symptoms separately
  • State whether the system serves a home or business
About the engineer

Independent, personal service

I am Janusz, an independent heating engineer with many years of service experience and qualifications for gas and electrical work. I use professional measurement equipment, keep the work area orderly and document the service in a practical way.

This is independent post-warranty service, not an ACV-authorised factory centre. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer’s authorised network. For out-of-warranty appliances, you benefit from direct contact with the person who carries out the work.

Fiscal documentation and a VAT invoice are available. Current guide prices can be found on the English prices page.

ACV service area

I travel throughout Warsaw and to surrounding locations, including Piaseczno, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Józefosław, Pruszków, Piastów, Marki, Ząbki, Legionowo, Łomianki, Otwock and other towns that can be included in the day’s route. Larger or light-commercial plant rooms should be described in advance so enough time can be reserved.

For a booking, send the postcode, appliance model, photographs and a contact number. I will confirm whether the installation is within scope and suggest the most practical visit.

ACV service FAQ

Do you service HeatMaster and Prestige appliances?

Yes, many HeatMaster, Prestige and Compact installations are within scope. Please send the exact model and photographs before booking.

Do you work on tank-in-tank cylinders?

Yes, I diagnose selected ACV Alpha, Delta and integrated tank-in-tank systems, including temperature and circulation problems.

Can you service a system in a business or car wash?

Selected light-commercial installations can be serviced. Describe the daily demand, appliance count and whether downtime has already occurred.

How often should ACV equipment be maintained?

An annual service is a practical starting point. High-use installations may need a schedule adapted to operating hours, water conditions and burner type.

Can I keep refilling a system that loses pressure?

Repeated filling is not a repair. It can hide a leak or expansion problem and may introduce oxygen into the system. Arrange diagnosis.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. Fiscal documents and a VAT invoice are available. Confirm invoice details when arranging the visit.
