Bosch and Junkers boiler service
Planned maintenance, accurate fault diagnosis and post-warranty repairs for wall-hung boilers and water heaters.
One engineer from first call to final check
I provide independent service for Bosch and Junkers heating appliances in Warsaw and surrounding towns. I handle the visit personally: I listen to the symptoms, inspect the boiler, take measurements, carry out the agreed work and explain the result.
The service covers both modern condensing appliances and many conventional models still operating in Warsaw apartments and houses. Direct contact makes it easier to prepare for the visit and avoid repeating the same history to several people.
Full scope of Bosch and Junkers service
A reliable repair starts with a structured diagnosis. A useful annual inspection goes beyond wiping the casing and resetting the display.
Annual maintenance
Cleaning of accessible combustion components, condensate-path inspection where fitted, checks of seals and connections, operational testing and combustion measurements when applicable.
Fault diagnosis
Assessment of the ignition sequence, sensors, fan and air path, water pressure, circulation, gas valve, hot-water changeover and control signals.
Repairs
Replacement or repair of the confirmed defective component after the scope and cost are discussed. I avoid exchanging parts simply because a code mentions a circuit.
Heating and hot water
Work on central-heating operation, combination-boiler domestic hot water and selected Junkers instantaneous water heaters.

Junkers and Bosch model families
I service many appliance families commonly found in Warsaw. These include Cerapur condensing boilers, Ceraclass and Cerastar conventional ranges, ZW and ZS variants, selected Bosch-branded successors and Junkers gas water heaters.
Parts and procedures vary between generations. Send the exact model code or a clear photograph of the rating plate when booking. This is especially important for older appliances where several versions share a similar front panel.

Common Junkers boiler faults and symptoms
EA — flame not detected
The EA code is often associated with failed ignition or loss of flame. Gas supply, electrodes, ionisation current, wiring, the gas valve and combustion conditions may all be relevant. A code alone is not enough to select a part.
No hot water while heating works
A combination boiler may heat radiators correctly but fail at the tap. The cause can be related to the flow sensor, temperature sensing, plate heat exchanger, hydraulic changeover or control sequence.
System pressure keeps falling
Possible sources include a visible leak, safety-valve discharge, expansion-vessel condition or an internal boiler leak. Repeatedly adding water can mask the reason and introduce more oxygen into the system.
The burner goes out during operation
Interruption can be linked to flame detection, overheating, inadequate circulation, fan or air-path problems, sensors or gas conditions. I observe the sequence that leads to shutdown.
Unusual noise
Whistling, kettling, knocking or pump noise may suggest restricted flow, scale, air, pump wear or combustion issues. Stop using the appliance if the noise is severe or accompanied by a smell.
Other displayed codes
Codes such as C6, A7 and installation-specific messages require reference to the exact model. Photograph the code before resetting so that valuable diagnostic information is not lost.

What an annual visit can include
I start with the condition reported by the user and a visual check of the installation. The appliance is opened by the engineer, cleaned as appropriate for the design, and inspected for leakage, damaged seals, corrosion or condensate problems. Pump behaviour, pressure and temperature response are checked during operation.
After reassembly I test heating and hot-water functions and, where the model allows, measure combustion. I then explain the results, any limitations and whether a repair should be planned. The objective is safe, stable operation — not a checklist performed without context.
Independent post-warranty service
I am Janusz, a heating engineer with many years of practical experience. I hold qualifications for gas and electrical service work and use professional diagnostic and combustion-measurement equipment. The work area is kept orderly and technical conclusions are explained in ordinary language.
I am not the manufacturer’s authorised service centre. I provide independent maintenance and post-warranty repair for privately owned appliances. If a boiler is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the authorised network first.
Documents and payment
The likely scope is discussed before additional repair work. Fiscal documents are available, including a VAT invoice where required. Current guide prices are listed on the English prices page.

I travel throughout Warsaw: Śródmieście, Mokotów, Wola, Ochota, Ursynów, Wilanów, Bemowo, Bielany, Żoliborz, Białołęka, Targówek, Praga, Wawer, Rembertów and neighbouring districts. Visits are also arranged in nearby towns such as Piaseczno, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Józefosław, Pruszków, Piastów, Marki, Ząbki, Legionowo, Łomianki, Otwock and other locations along the day’s route.
Send the postcode with the model and symptoms. I will confirm whether the location can be included and suggest a practical appointment window.
Bosch and Junkers service FAQ
Do you also service Bosch-branded boilers?
Yes, I work on selected Bosch wall-hung heating appliances as well as Junkers-branded models. Send the rating plate so I can confirm the exact generation.
What does an EA fault mean?
EA generally indicates that the expected flame was not detected. Several causes are possible, so repeated resets should be replaced by a proper ignition and combustion diagnosis.
Can I reset the boiler myself?
Follow only the reset procedure in the appliance instructions. Do not reset if you smell gas, see water near electrical parts or hear abnormal combustion noise. If the fault returns, call an engineer.
How soon can I book a visit?
Timing depends on location, route and the urgency of the fault. Send the model, code, address and availability; I will offer the nearest practical slot.
Do you provide a VAT invoice?
Yes. Fiscal documentation and a VAT invoice are available. Agree the required details when booking.
When is the best time for maintenance?
Late spring and summer are convenient because the boiler is less critical for space heating. An annual interval is sensible regardless of season.
Do you service Junkers water heaters?
Selected instantaneous gas water heaters can be serviced after model confirmation. A clear rating-plate photo is the best first step.
