Independent commercial burner service – Warsaw

Weishaupt, Riello and Giersch burner service

Maintenance, fault diagnosis and combustion setup for selected gas, oil and dual-fuel forced-draught burners.

Burner service Warsaw and Mazovia

One diagnostic method, adapted to each burner and plant

I service selected Weishaupt, Riello and Giersch burners installed on commercial boilers and process-heating equipment. Every visit is planned around the exact burner, fuel, output, burner manager, gas train or oil system and the operating requirements of the site.

Lockouts are investigated as part of a sequence: demand, safety interlocks, pre-purge, air proving, ignition, fuel release, flame detection and modulation. Combustion measurements then show whether stable operation is being achieved across the required load range.

Service scope

Preventive maintenance

Cleaning and inspection of burner-head components, electrodes, sensors, fan, air path, actuators and accessible fuel equipment.

Lockout diagnosis

Checks of the complete start sequence, safety chain, ignition, fuel supply, flame signal and controller inputs before parts are proposed.

Combustion adjustment

Analysis of oxygen, carbon monoxide and related values with air and fuel adjustments made within the correct operating procedure.

Plant interaction

Review of boiler demand, modulation, cycling, draught, temperature limits and external controls that influence burner behaviour.

Brands and ranges

Selected Weishaupt, Riello and Giersch equipment

Typical enquiries concern selected Weishaupt WG, WL and larger WK applications, Riello 40, RS, RL and RLS families, and selected Giersch gas or oil burners. The scope depends on burner generation, output, controller, fuel system and whether the equipment is used for space heating or a technological process.

Send the full data plate and wide photographs. A model family name alone is not enough because burner-head configuration, control box and gas train can differ substantially within one range.

Typical burner faults

No ignition after pre-purge

The safety chain, air-pressure switch, servomotor position, ignition transformer, electrodes and fuel enable signal are checked in sequence.

Flame starts and immediately disappears

Flame sensing, electrode position, grounding, fuel pressure, valve timing and combustion-head condition may all influence flame proving.

Intermittent lockout at high load

Fuel pressure, air settings, actuator travel, draught and flame stability can change across the firing range. A low-load test alone may miss the cause.

Excessive carbon monoxide or smoke

Stop operation if combustion is visibly unsafe. Burner head, air supply, fuel delivery, boiler contamination and flue conditions require assessment.

Rapid cycling

Minimum output, boiler water volume, process demand, temperature differentials and control logic may be the real cause even when the burner is correctly adjusted.

Noise, pulsation or vibration

Ignition quality, combustion-head setup, draught, fan condition and chamber geometry are considered. Violent pulsation requires immediate shutdown.

Commissioning and adjustment

Stable operation across the practical load range

After maintenance or repair, the burner is tested through the stages that the plant can safely provide. Ignition, transition, modulation, temperature response and shutdown are observed. Combustion values are recorded at appropriate points, not only at one convenient setting.

Air and fuel are adjusted only when the fuel supply, burner condition, boiler and draught are suitable. If the plant cannot provide the required load during the visit, that limitation is documented rather than hidden behind a single measurement.

Prepare the plant before the visit

Technical identity

Photograph burner, controller, gas train or oil equipment, boiler plate and any lockout indication.

Operating context

State the fuel, output, duty, process, normal load, operating hours and whether alternative heat is available.

Site arrangements

Confirm access, shutdown approval, responsible site contact and any safety induction or permit requirements.

Safety chain

Never bypass the devices that stop unsafe firing

Pressure switches, flame safeguards, thermostats, limit controls and plant interlocks must remain operational. Repeatedly resetting or bridging them can release fuel under unsafe conditions.

For gas or fuel smell, visible smoke, overheating, unstable flame or violent vibration, shut the burner down according to the site’s emergency procedure. Do not restart until the cause has been assessed.

Independent burner engineer

Direct technical contact before and during the visit

I am Janusz, an independent heating and burner engineer with many years of field experience and qualifications for gas and electrical service work. I use professional combustion and electrical measuring equipment and plan larger visits from technical photographs.

This is independent post-warranty service, not an authorised factory centre for Weishaupt, Riello or Giersch. Manufacturer warranty work should be handled by the relevant authorised network. A VAT invoice and fiscal documentation are available. Larger burner work is priced according to scope; standard guide prices are on the English prices page.

Commercial burner service area

I work in Warsaw and throughout much of Mazovia. Travel for commercial burners is planned individually according to output, site access, expected duration and whether a planned shutdown is available.

Send technical details before requesting a date. This allows me to confirm whether the specific burner and plant are within scope.

Burner service FAQ

Do you service all models from these brands?

No. I service selected Weishaupt, Riello and Giersch models. Scope is confirmed from the data plate and installation photographs.

Can you diagnose an intermittent lockout?

Yes, provided the fault history and operating conditions can be reproduced or logically tested. Record the stage and controller indication.

Do you adjust gas and oil burners?

Selected gas, oil and dual-fuel systems can be measured and adjusted when the plant and fuel supply are suitable.

Can you service a burner in a production process?

Selected process applications are considered after the duty, output, control method and shutdown constraints have been reviewed.

How often should a burner be maintained?

The schedule depends on fuel, operating hours, environment and site requirements. Annual maintenance is common, but heavy-use plant may need more frequent attention.

Are you an authorised factory service?

No. I provide independent post-warranty service. Warranty work belongs to each manufacturer’s authorised network.
