Vaillant boiler service in Warsaw
Maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs for ecoTEC, VUW and earlier Vaillant boilers — handled personally by one experienced engineer.
A practical service visit, not a rushed inspection
I service Vaillant gas boilers in apartments, houses and small commercial properties. I come to the property myself, carry out the diagnosis and explain what I have found in clear English. The aim is to restore reliable heating and hot water while avoiding unnecessary parts replacement.
You speak directly with the engineer who will work on the appliance. That makes it easier to describe intermittent faults, agree the scope before work starts and receive a useful summary after the visit.
Vaillant boiler service — scope of work
The exact procedure depends on the model and condition of the installation. A planned visit normally combines cleaning, safety checks, hydraulic assessment and combustion measurements.
Cleaning and inspection
The combustion chamber, burner area, condensate route and accessible heat-exchanger surfaces are checked and cleaned where appropriate. Seals and visible connections are inspected for wear or leakage.
Boiler hydraulics
I check system pressure, expansion-vessel symptoms, pump operation, safety-valve condition and the behaviour of the heating and domestic-hot-water circuits.
Combustion measurements
Where the appliance permits, I use a combustion analyser to verify flue-gas values and operating conditions after cleaning or repair.
Clear service information
You receive a plain-language explanation of the work, any observations requiring attention and sensible next steps. Fiscal documents and transparent payment arrangements are available.

When the boiler stops, cycles or loses hot water
A fault code is a useful starting point, but it rarely tells the whole story. I check the ignition sequence, sensors, water pressure, circulation, valves and controls before recommending a repair. That reduces the risk of replacing a component that is only reacting to another problem.
- Fault-code diagnosis and safe restart assessment
- Ignition, ionisation and combustion faults
- Hot-water temperature and flow problems
- Pump, pressure-sensor and circulation issues
- Leaks, noises, overheating and short cycling
- Control and room-thermostat communication
Typical Vaillant faults I investigate
F.28 or F.29 — ignition failure
These codes can be connected with gas supply, ignition electrodes, flame detection, the gas valve, wiring or combustion conditions. Repeated resetting without identifying the cause is not a repair. I check the ignition sequence and measurements before discussing the next step.
No hot water, although heating works
Possible causes include a sticking three-way valve, a scaled or restricted plate heat exchanger, a flow sensor or temperature-sensor problem. The diagnosis is guided by temperature behaviour and live operation.
F.75 — pump or pressure response
F.75 is commonly associated with the pressure signal expected when the pump starts. The pump, pressure sensor, system pressure and circulation all need to be considered together.
Short cycling, overheating or noise
Frequent starts, kettling sounds or rapid temperature rise may point to restricted flow, contamination, pump performance, control settings or an oversized operating range. I look at the installation as well as the boiler.
Water leaking from the boiler
A leak may originate from a valve, automatic air vent, condensate path, connection, heat exchanger or pressure-related discharge. Turn the appliance off if water can reach electrical parts and arrange an inspection.
The set temperature is not reached
Incorrect control settings, poor circulation, sensor readings, low output or an installation problem can all produce similar symptoms. A structured check is faster than guessing.
Vaillant boilers serviced
I work on many Vaillant wall-hung gas boilers found in Warsaw properties, including condensing ecoTEC ranges and earlier conventional appliances. Typical groups include ecoTEC plus, ecoTEC pro, ecoTEC exclusive, VUW combination boilers, turboTEC, atmoTEC and selected ecoMAX generations.
Model names can look similar while components and diagnostic procedures differ. When arranging a visit, send a photograph of the data plate and the display. This helps me identify the generation and prepare appropriate tools or likely service parts.

Examples of service situations
ecoTEC plus before winter
Planned cleaning, condensate inspection, combustion check and review of system pressure before the heating season.
VUW hot-water diagnosis
Heating operated normally, but tap-water temperature fluctuated. The hydraulic changeover and plate-exchanger performance were checked.
F.75 pressure fault
Pump start, pressure response and sensor behaviour were assessed together instead of replacing parts from the code alone.
Cycling and overheating
Flow, pump operation, installation settings and boiler output behaviour were reviewed to identify why the burner stopped too quickly.
Personal, independent service
I am Janusz, an independent heating engineer. I have worked with heating appliances for many years and hold the qualifications required for gas and electrical service work. I bring professional measuring equipment, keep the work area orderly and explain which actions are necessary now and which can be planned.
I am not an authorised Vaillant factory service centre. I provide independent post-warranty maintenance and repair, with the advantage of direct contact and a consistent person responsible for the visit.
Before I arrive
- Send the exact model or data-plate photo
- Photograph the fault code if it disappears
- Describe whether heating and hot water both fail
- Do not remove the boiler casing yourself
- If you smell gas, close the supply, ventilate and call the emergency gas service
Vaillant service area
I travel throughout Warsaw, including Śródmieście, Mokotów, Wola, Ochota, Ursynów, Wilanów, Żoliborz, Bielany, Bemowo, Białołęka, Targówek, Praga, Wawer and surrounding districts. Appointments are also possible in towns south, west, north and east of Warsaw, normally within roughly 80 km, subject to the day’s route.
For an efficient booking, include the property location, boiler model, symptoms and a contact number. For current service pricing, see the English price guide.
Vaillant service FAQ
How often should a Vaillant boiler be serviced?
An annual inspection is a practical interval for most domestic boilers. It helps keep the combustion side clean, reveals leaks or pressure problems early and allows measurements before the heating season.
Can I reset an F.28, F.29 or F.75 fault?
One reset may be permitted by the appliance instructions, provided there is no smell of gas, water leak or unusual noise. If the code returns, stop repeated resets and arrange diagnosis.
Do you repair both heating and hot-water faults?
Yes. I diagnose boiler operation, hydraulic changeover, temperature sensing and circulation for both central heating and domestic hot water.
Do you service older Vaillant models?
Many older turboTEC, atmoTEC, VUW and ecoMAX units can be inspected. Send the data plate first so I can confirm the model and likely parts situation.
Can you provide an invoice?
Yes. Fiscal documentation and agreed payment options are available. The scope and likely cost are explained before additional repair work.
Are you an authorised Vaillant service centre?
No. This is independent post-warranty service. Warranty repairs should be reported through the manufacturer’s authorised network.
